Motel Accommodation

From studio units to a fully furnished 4-bedroom house, we have a place to stay to suit every requirement and budget - whether  you are travelling on your own or in a group. 
Guests can also enjoy our park-like grounds, swimming pool, poolside BBQ, grass play area, meals (dinner and breakfast available on request), ample off-street parking and conference facilities (also available to groups). If you have a truck, car/ute, trailer or bus that needs to be parked, then there is off-street parking at the motel.

Policies

Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
All accounts are payable on departure. Charge accounts are by prior arrangement with the motel management only. We reserve the right to charge interest and recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.

Cancellation Policy
No fee will be charged and a full refund of deposit paid for bookings cancelled two days or more before the planned day of arrival. The deposit will be forfeited or a 25% fee of the total planned accommodation, whichever is greatest, will be charged to your credit card if you cancel on the day of planned arrival should the unit be unable to be re-let.

Any change in a reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to the availability of rooms. Earlier departure date than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Child Policy
An adult must be present and supervise children in the pool and spa area at all times. An adult must also supervise children using the trampoline and play equipment.

Other
This is a smokefree complex, please smoke outside away from open windows and doors and use the ash trays provided. In the event of someone having smoked in the unit, or if there are food or other odours in the unit, or wet beds, we will engage a specialist cleaning company to clean the unit. We reserve the right to charge this cost to you or against your credit card after your departure. We do not permit the use of illegal substances on our premises.

All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered guest. We reserve the right to offset this cost against any deposit held, to your credit card or to commence recovery of the costs.

Generally pets are not allowed unless there are special circumstances and only by prior arrangement at the time of booking. A cleaning charge maybe incurred.
